The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa, lakeside by Långsjön. In winter, there is the possibility to ski and skate, and in summer one can use a dock to swim. It is secluded with a view of the water. The residence consists of a large room and a smaller bedroom as well as a small kitchen. There is also a room for storage or as an extra room. The rent includes electricity, water, internet. It is possible to park for free on the street outside. Good transport connections, about 2 km to the commuter train, otherwise there are buses a few minutes from the apartment. They go to Telefonplan, Fruängen, Älvsjö station.
