We are looking for those who are interested in renting our centrally located house in Sibbhult. Preferably long-term rental. The house consists of 4 rooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The kitchen is of older standard, the bathroom and remaining rooms are recently renovated. There is a basement and a garage as well as a carport to use on the property. Large lovely garden. Water & sewage and waste management are included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for the electricity cost. Communication with the landlord takes place by phone and we are always close at hand if any questions arise. The notice period is one month for the tenant and three months if the landlord wishes to terminate the agreement. The heating is managed via the exhaust air heat pump, which is new, and in addition, there is also an air-to-air heat pump that can be used if needed.
