A large fully furnished bedroom upstairs is for rent for 6500 SEK/month and a smaller fully furnished bedroom downstairs is for rent for 5500 SEK/month in Byle/Täby kyrkby. All spaces are included such as shower room, bathroom, large kitchen and living room in open plan, two hall areas, and two balconies. Wi-Fi is included if no international calls/internet purchases are made, electricity is included with normal consumption, and home insurance is included. I prefer tenants without pets/children. I am 50 years old and live a quiet life as an economist who likes order and calm between 22:00-07:00. We live together in a new ‘half house’ with our own entrance without anyone above/below us. About 2000 sqm backyard shared with 13 other households in the area. Bus 611 (2 min walk to the bus stop) takes 35 minutes to Danderyds hospital and there is also the Roslagsbanan from Täby kyrkby. One month deposit. 3 months mutual notice period. This is not excessive rent as my living costs close to 20,000 SEK/month, so I take the more expensive share with my own bedroom.
