Renting out a room in a villa with a large yard with patio, in the middle of nature. The room is about 16 m2, with wardrobe cabinet, window facing nature in a quiet environment. Access to kitchen, private toilet, work and living room, laundry, patio in nature. Parking space is available. The house is very close to SL communication, 6 bus stations to Bålsta commuter train and from there 37 min to Odenplan station. We are a few people living in the villa. Internet is included in the rent. No other costs will be added. The room is rented out with three months' notice and one month's rent as deposit. Looking for an orderly person for a short or long stay.
