Welcome to the Red House at Åsvedals Farm – an idyllic place for those seeking peace, nature, and privacy. The farm is located in a very quiet and pleasant area with nature right outside the door and no nearby neighbors. The Red House is beautifully situated on a cliff overlooking the farm's wildlife pond. Only about 200 meters away is Hemsjön, offering swimming opportunities and good fishing conditions. The house is located about 100 meters from the main building where we, as landlords, occasionally stay during the year. The residence is of good standard and is distributed over two floors with: Three bedrooms Two toilets Sauna Living room with a fireplace Kitchen and dining area Patio By car, you can reach Valdemarsvik in about 10 minutes. We are looking for calm and well-behaved tenants who can take good care of the house. Additional spaces for e.g. carpentry or other activities are available on the farm.
