Large, delightful residence with plenty of space, where we are now renting out a newly renovated, freshly painted room. The rent includes high-speed internet and a separate TV in the room with Chromecast. The room is not fully furnished in the pictures. It may include a bed, a desk, and a comfortable armchair. A smaller sofa can be offered and mirror... etc., but will be adapted to the tenant's needs. That is, it can also be unfurnished. You share the bathroom with the family. But if desired, you can have access to your own toilet with a sink. Access to the kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and your own refrigerator, laundry room with 2 washing machines where detergent is included in the rent. Access to a large, lovely garden with a patio, grill, and access to a greenhouse. Access during the summer season also to the pool room. Parking is free, and there is the possibility of charging an electric car. If needed, a bicycle can be borrowed. The room has direct access to the sunroom and through it to the garden and patio. Electricity and internet are included in the rent. We are used to renting out and have had residents and students with us since 2016. We ourselves are in the residence during leisure time such as weekends and holidays since we currently work and study elsewhere during the week. We can be reached daily by you as a tenant if needed, via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. In the advert, you see pictures of our family members, mother Sigrun, son Endre Andre, and two of our daughters, Anina and Selina. Then there is the father and older daughter (not pictured) in the family. Today, the children have left home and we are mainly 2 adults on weekends and sometimes children during Easter and Christmas holidays.
