Welcome to rent our holiday home. The house is rented out furnished as a holiday home or temporary accommodation. The building's frame is from 1896 and was moved to its current location when the house was built 20 years ago. The house thus has historical charm with modern standards. Fireplaces and an air heat pump make the cottage suitable for year-round use. Fully equipped cottage with space for up to six people distributed over 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and fireplace, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. Additionally, there is a fold-out bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, and washing machine. Old, fine fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a Husqvarna stove to light up. Here you live completely secluded without neighbors, waking up to the sound of birdsong. The cottage includes its own secluded jetty where you can take a dip or swim in the little cozy forest pond, 70 meters from the house. From the house, you can bike in 5 minutes to the grocery store and restaurant in Åmmeberg or drive in 12 minutes to the summer town of Askersund by car. Walking distance to Åmmeberg's golf course. Trips to Tiveden's nature reserve, Pumptrack course in Sänna, or disc golf in Zinkgruvan are other popular excursion destinations. Our family has 3 children aged 7-14 years, for which the cottage is adapted. Trampoline, bikes, a kayak, and racket sports, etc., are available. On the property, there is also a guest cabin with a family bunk bed and a sleeping loft with 3 sleeping places that can be additionally rented on request (not winterized). We are renting out the property until further notice as we ourselves do not have the time to use it to the extent we would like and do not want it to remain empty.
