The space has new windows and heaters. The apartment rent is 395€/month, water fee 25€/person/month, and the tenant's own electricity contract and home insurance. The building has district heating, which is included in the rent. The rental security deposit is a cash deposit equivalent to two months' rent, i.e., 790 euros. No other forms of security are available. It's also possible to rent for shorter periods under the following conditions (plus water fees, electricity, and insurance): - May-August for 4 months, rent is 450 euros/month - 2 months, 480 euros/month + water fees, and - 1 month, 520 euros/month, excluding July 540 euros.
