In a charming detached house in the idyllic Päiväkumpu area in Vantaa, a room with a lock of 9 square meters and a room of 20 square meters will be released starting 1.6.2026. The area is a peaceful and nature-friendly small housing area, with a direct bus connection to Hakaniemi (40min) and Koivukylä train station (10min). The house has several rooms for shared living, so please be sociable. You can be male or female. Shared areas are a large fully equipped kitchen, living room, fireplace room, 2x bathrooms, and 3x toilets. The equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The yard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, as well as free parking. In addition to the rent, there is a water fee of 20€/month and an electricity fee of 20€/month.
