I am renting out my 2-room apartment at Moröhöjden. The apartment is situated on the first floor, just half a flight of stairs up. The apartment is mostly rented out unfurnished. The furniture present includes a sofa corner with a sofa, a carpet, a floor lamp, and a TV bench. There are also lamps in the rooms and curtains. The rent includes electricity, internet, and a parking space with a carport. The parking space has a programmable electrical outlet and a charger for an electric car. I am renting it out as I live in another location. I am flexible when it comes to the rental period. From the apartment, it's about 200 meters to Ica and 200 meters to the lighted trails that connect with Vitberget. In winters, fine ski trails are prepared.
