Bohemian living in the idyllic little village of Rörum in the heart of Österlen! Weekly rentals during the summer and long-term from September to May 2027 with the possibility of extension. The rent for long-term rentals is SEK 10,000/month plus costs for heating, electricity, water, wifi, and garbage collection, approximately SEK 4,000. Rented furnished (can be partially adapted), also includes plants, parking, a large private garden, and a cat ;) 3 km to the wonderful, magical Knäbäckshusen beach. In the village, you will find Mandelmann's garden, restaurants, a gallery, Forsemölla waterfall, Waldorf preschool and schools, and Forse cider farm. Close proximity to Stenshuvud National Park, Kivik, and Simrishamn. About 6 km to Gyllebo lake where you can take warm evening dips when the sun has set on the beach. Private, large garden, patio, grill, and even a campfire. The house is quite open in its floor plan. Central are the kitchen and living room. There are two rooms that can be closed off, one of which is on a split level. The third bedroom is a 'loft' with three beds. You reach it with a ladder or stairs but through one of the bedrooms. Bed linen, blankets, and pillows are provided. There are a total of 8 beds, one of which is a double bed, and two can be put together to form a double bed. There is also a small cot that can be placed in one of the rooms, see pictures. There is also the possibility to make up a bed in the living room if you are more than 8 people (or if someone snores :)), this is a regular bed that turns into a sofa. However, there are no blackout curtains in the living room, which are available in the other rooms. The windows facing the garden are fully openable. Two toilets with showers in both. Towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take them to the beach. The garden is large and private and faces a field with cows. There are two small patios in the garden and the opportunity to make pizza in the pizza oven. There is also a fire pit (campfire) in the field which can be used (only limited wood is provided so you may need to buy your own). A cat has been in the house and may want to greet you! You should refer her outside if she becomes a disturbance :) If you wish to rent for more than 5 nights, please write to me. If you wish to bring a dog, it is possible for a fee of SEK 500/stay and dog, but it is important that the dog is not aggressive towards cats as our cat lives nearby and may occasionally visit, and that the dog is always leashed when outside.
