ABOUT THE APARTMENT We offer apartments with good planning and a modern touch. An additional plus factor is the beautiful lighting through extra-large windows from floor to ceiling. The kitchen is decorated in a modern dark tone and prepared for a dishwasher. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with both washing and drying facilities. The comfort in the apartment is of modern class with underfloor heating throughout the apartment. We offer a dishwasher as an option for 70kr/month. THE RENT Included in the rent is an addition for broadband 100/100 and TV Lagom, the price is 300 kr/month. Electricity and water - individual measurement. This means you do not need to sign agreements yourself for electricity or hot water. This is already arranged when you move into the apartment. We measure your consumption and invoice the cost along with your rental invoice. SURROUNDINGS - TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS Vega is the district emerging as a vibrant place with mixed development in scenic surroundings. Transport connections are very good as you will live only a short walk to the commuter train that takes you to central Stockholm in about 25 minutes. Next to the house, there is also the possibility to rent a parking space with priority for our residents. Only a stone's throw from the house are all the conveniences with services and trade, including a grocery store, playground, gym, and restaurants.
