Apartment in brief: • Available for rent from the end of June (date by agreement) and for two years onward (possibly longer if a new law comes into effect from July 1) • Furnished (sofa, bed, dressers, TV, dining table, chairs) but can be discussed if you have your own furniture you want to bring • 38 square meters with separate sleeping area • 6th floor out of 7, completely private ____ High up in the building is my bright and incredibly charming 1920s apartment with a completely private location facing lush views. If you open the windows and look to the right, you can even see the Karlsberg Canal(!) The apartment has an attractive southwest-facing position with sun from lunchtime through the rest of the day, up until evening. The generous windows provide fantastic light intake and create an airy and pleasant atmosphere throughout the home. This, combined with a generous ceiling height and beautiful wooden floors, makes the apartment magical (in my eyes..). The floor plan is very well laid out with a smart sleeping alcove, with windows for light intake but also a blackout roller blind for the nights. The bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe, about 1.5 meters wide. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, as well as an air fryer and various dishes/cutlery/other necessities. And, of course, a dining table that can accommodate up to 5-6 people if you squeeze in (4 is optimal, I would say). The apartment is for rent as I am going to study for a master’s in Australia, with courses starting in mid-July. Ideally, renting from the end of June/the start of July would be best. The same applies to furnishings: If you want to bring your own furniture, this can be arranged depending on the extent. If all my furniture needs to be stored, I just need to check the cost first. Located in a quiet area but close to everything from grocery stores (ICA, Coop, Willys: 7 minutes away), subway (Fridhemsplan: 5 minutes away), and swimming piers (Hornsbergsstrand: 8 minutes away).
