Hi, my brother who lives 30m from where I live (neighbor) is renting a room in a three-room apartment, furnished or unfurnished. Looking to rent to a woman/student, rent is for one person only. Lives in Segeltorp between Fruängen and Kungenskurvan, close to the bus stop, about 4 minutes away. By bus, you can reach the Stuvsta, Älvsjö commuter trains, and the Fruängen and Skärholmen subways in about 10-13 minutes. Close to nature and shops, and with a bike, you can reach Långsjön. The rent includes room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, wifi, electricity and heating. Worth coming to see the room.
