Welcome to a cozy retro apartment. The apartment was built in 1949 for employees of the Valmet aircraft factory. The bright studio is located on the 2nd floor and has a large south-facing balcony. The neighborhood begins a wide area of detached houses with gardens. The apartment surfaces have been recently renovated with respect for the old. The refurbished bathroom has not yet been showered in, there is a bidet shower, an illuminated mirror cabinet, and underfloor heating. The kitchen has a new stainless sink and a new faucet. In the window wall, there is a fixed cabinet. The apartment's original, chanterelle-colored solid wood doors add warmth to the interior, and the unique deep, half-meter window recesses offer good interior levels, for example for houseplants. There is a free laundry room in the neighboring stairwell, which can also be accessed indoors. Sauna is available for an additional fee. In the attic, the tenant has access to a spacious private storage room. Excellent transport connections to the heart of Tampere (5 km), Pirkkala, and Hervanta. Buses run frequently, the bus stop on Nuolialantie is 350m away and the future tram stop is 100m away, cycling to the center takes about twenty minutes. Summer cyclists have the option to choose the scenic route along the coast of Lake Pyhäjärvi via the Arboretum (2 km) and the city garden all the way to Pyynikki ridge. Bicycle storage is available in the yard or bike cellar. Parking at the housing company's car spaces is on a queue basis. The rental agreement is valid until further notice, the 1st possible notice period is 11 months after signing the rental agreement.
