Room for rent starting February 1st in central Uppsala/Fålhagen. The room is located in the basement of a house but has a separate entrance. Rent 5500 per month including electricity/water. In this rental area, there is a shared kitchen/bathroom/toilet and laundry room. These are shared with others who rent rooms on the same floor. One month's notice applies and one month's fee is paid in advance. Parking is not included, but there is space on the road outside the house if you want to park, a fee applies.
