The apartment building is located in a peaceful and park-like environment with a forest view from the balcony. There is a campfire area and a playground in the yard that borders the forest. There are plenty of street-side parking spaces, and cold parking spaces with electricity posts are available for an additional fee. The center of Kerava is about 1.5 km away (walking) and 1.9 km by car. The distance to the center of Hyrylä is about 4 km. The nearest store is about 600 m away, and the dog park is 700 m away. The bathroom and kitchen were fully renovated in 2022. Other rooms have been painted/wallpapered, but if desired, minor surface renovations can be done by oneself (as agreed). There are no major renovations on the horizon. The apartment can also be rented furnished, where the desired furnishings can be selected as per agreement.
