Käenkuja, Rovaniemi

I am renting out rooms of approximately 10 m² in my apartment for a fixed term (total area 104 m²). The rooms are furnished, with a loft bed and a desk underneath. Rental period: April 2026 – March 2027. (As of April 1, 2026, one room in the apartment is already rented.) The rent includes water, electricity, apartment insurance, and use of the sauna. Pets are allowed in the apartment, and smoking is permitted on the balcony. The location is Nivavaara, about 8 km from the center of Rovaniemi and about 2 km from Santa Claus Village. The nearest store is 1 km away. I also live in the apartment from time to time in my own room.
