A two-room apartment with a balcony on the second floor near the city center. The apartment is mainly rented for short-term rental, other rental periods can be negotiated. The apartment is furnished and equipped with basic living equipment, making it well-suited for short-term accommodation needs, such as for work groups, etc. Note: towels and bed linens must be brought by the tenant. Sleeping places available for 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with necessary cooking and dining utensils, the bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a divan sofa bed and TV, and the closet room has a spare bed. Daily rental 45€/day, minimum rental period 5 days.
