The rentable room is at the top right in the floor plan and is rented with the furniture shown in the pictures. The kitchen has, among other things, a microwave, coffee maker, and kettle for shared use. The apartment has a bathroom with a washing machine available for tenants, as well as a separate toilet. Rent 425€/month. The rent includes water, electricity, internet connection, and home insurance (home insurance does not cover the tenant's own belongings). Each tenant has their own personal lease agreement. Minimum rental period is 6 months. A contract under 6 months is possible if necessary, but in this case, an additional +50€/month is added to the rent. The desired tenant is a tidy and reliable person who enjoys living in a shared apartment and keeps the common areas tidy.
