Centrally located in the lower Grünerløkka with Akerselva and the Botanical Garden as neighbors. The apartment has a spacious, open floor plan with light from both sides, and a lovely balcony that acts as an extension of the living room for much of the year. Residents have access to a beautifully landscaped garden in addition to a pleasant rooftop terrace on top of the building. Renting out my apartment for short-term rental.
