Our master bedroom with an accompanying bathroom will be available for one or two new tenants starting from December, and we are therefore seeking new tenants. The person who rents our master bedroom has exclusive use of the bathroom, and the door to the rooms is locked with a code lock handle. The room you rent is part of a large villa of +250 m2 with a lovely orchard and patio in a southwest position. The year of construction is 1966. When I bought the villa in 2003, I redesigned and then renovated the top floor. A large family room, an additional bedroom, and a new bathroom were then added. I had the kitchen renovated in 2007. The concept in Villa Långvreten is that you rent your own room and share common areas with other residents. The monthly rent for the room with a private bathroom is 7200 SEK. What's included in the rent: Heating and electricity Operating costs (Electricity transmission and electricity consumption) NOTE! Preliminary. WiFi (10,000 / 10,000 mBit) and yes, the figure is correct. Bahnhof delivers Internet to the villa. Water & sewage Waste collection (according to Stockholm Water's instructions) Cleaning The rent includes cleaning of common areas twice a month. (you clean your own room and bathroom) Upper floor Here there are five bedrooms, a bathroom, and a family room with a TV. Entrance floor A large hall, with a toilet and space for outer garments and shoes. A large living room (Here there is a fireplace, a nice sofa group, an 86" screen, and my old Bechstein grand piano) A large kitchen (+40 sqm) with most of what you need in terms of kitchenware and two additional bedrooms, one of which will now have a new tenant. Basement In addition to my and my partner's office, the villa has a laundry room (two washing machines and two dryers, and drying rack. There is also a sauna, shower, and toilet. (In the basement, there are also four storage rooms and a wardrobe that I use myself.) Communication between me and our tenants We communicate with our tenants via Slack and have house meetings. We are also available during office hours in the villa. Communication to and from the villa Bus 117 runs between Spånga Station and Brommaplan. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop and depending on traffic, about 10 min to Spånga Station (commuter train) and about 15 min to Brommaplan (subway) Since the villa is too large for me and my partner to live in alone and my partner has an apartment in Söder, we have chosen to live there and work during the day in our office in the villa. We now have a generational change ahead of us as our tenants who moved in 7 years ago have started to acquire their own homes. We, I and my partner Maria, therefore welcome new tenants to this calm and safe living experience.
