The ceiling height in the room is slightly higher than in regular apartments to create a sense of spaciousness. Rent includes electricity, water, and heating. Broadband is free of charge. There is a laundry room in each building. A 10-month rent (6412:-) is applied, which means that the annual rent is divided into 10 instead of 12 payment periods. If you move in between April - July, you will receive a 12-month rent (5344:-) during this period. From August 1st, the 10-month rent is charged. If you stay the following summer, June and July are rent-free months. The notice period is 3 months. Rent according to 2026 regulations.
