Har en rymlig balkong i solläge med utesoffa. Lägenheten har numera inget badkar längre, men istället en dusch och en tvättmaskin. Värme, vatten, el, internet, TV och möbler ingår. Jag är student och hyr ut bostaden under sommarsäsongen. A spacious and fully-furnished studio apartment, with shared bedroom and living room but separate kitchen, in central Luthagen, just a 1-minute walk from Ekonomikum, 5 minutes from both Ica Luthagen and Ica Folkes, with a bus stop right outside the building. Along with a spacious balcony with an outdoor sofa. The apartment no longer has a bathtub, but it does have a shower and a washing machine. Heating, water, electricity, internet, TV, and furniture are included. I’m a student, which is why I’m renting out the apartment during the summer season.
