Bright, nice and fairly newly renovated two-room apartment. Parquet hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment. You rent the bedroom with access to two own closets. I am flexible regarding furnishing. I have the living room as my part of the apartment. We share a fresh bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large balcony facing the inner courtyard. I am easy-going, clean, and calm. An educated engineer running my own business and I like racket sports, having a beer, and pondering the cosmos. The room probably suits weekly commuters best. But those looking for more regular accommodation are also welcome to apply. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. You should be clean, have a job or studies outside the home, and be chill. 😊 There is also the possibility to rent my parking space in the heated garage in the same building as the apartment.
