Hello, I will rent 1 of 2 rooms (10.57m²) in my 3-room apartment. The apartment is located in Linero. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, gym (24x7), health center, pharmacy, and public library. Open, quiet, great walking areas nearby. Your rooms have good storage spaces and privacy. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Multiple common laundry rooms for reservation and use, at least twice a week. About myself and my expectations: I am a quiet, calm, orderly, clean, and tidy, responsible, reasonable, non-smoking, and pet-free person. I wish the same for those who want to rent the place. We ensure to keep the house spotless and expect the same from those who wish to rent. I work in Lund and will live in the third room. We have another female student living in the other room. We are very particular about having a clean and nearly spotless home. We ensure to clean up after every use. We expect the same from those who wish to rent. Unfortunately, we do not allow tenants to receive guests or friends. Tenant visits are not permitted. Electricity, fast internet (1000/1000 Mb/s), water, and heating are included in the rent. A one-month deposit is paid upon moving in and refunded one week after moving out, provided no damage has occurred and the place is clean and in good condition.
