Now I am renting out my fully renovated cabin of 40 sqm to a responsible person or couple until further notice. The rent includes water, heating, internet (fiber), waste collection, and electricity. Parking is available, a nice patio, and the opportunity for gardening for those interested. It's important that you are hygienic, smoke-free, and pet-free. No parties are allowed on the property. The area is rural with plenty of nice walking trails and deep forests that offer plenty of both mushrooms and berries. About 3 kilometers to the north is the cozy lake Styran and about 3 kilometers to the south is Stora Vika with a nice sandy beach and sea. It takes 10 minutes by car to Ösmo with good communications whether you want to travel within the municipality or towards Stockholm. From the property, it takes about 15 minutes by car to Nynäshamn and about 40 minutes to Stockholm. NOTE: Rent 10000 per month for 1 tenant, 14000 SEK for 2 tenants.
