New modern 70m2 semi-detached house in the peaceful area of Unelmarakka. The villa is a stone's throw from the ski trails and only a kilometer to the Koillis slopes. The services of the Levi center are 4 km away. This atmospheric villa accommodates 4+2 people. The spaces are divided into two floors. In addition to the kitchen and living room, the downstairs also includes a bathroom with a sauna and a bedroom. Upstairs, in addition to the loft, there is another bedroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms have double beds and a sofa bed in the loft. The upstairs bedroom also has a workstation for remote work. Thanks to the large windows and high ceiling, the apartment is very bright. The wonderfully harmonious and calming atmosphere of the apartment comes out best when the evening darkens and the fire is shimmering. It's downright impossible not to relax here. The apartment has Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with a soundbar. The villa also has a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Additionally, there are two Jopo bicycles available, for example, for visiting the grocery store. There is a designated electric post parking space for the apartment in the yard. Charging an electric car is forbidden. This villa is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends who enjoy the outdoors in all its forms but also want their own peace without unnecessary distractions. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Final cleaning and bed linen (incl. towels) are always included in the price. We do not rent the property for a longer period during high season. In summer and autumn, longer rentals are also possible. The rent is determined by the timing, so it is not always 1000€/month.
