I am a master's student and have a student apartment where I am now renting out one bedroom. Shared spaces include the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio (terrace). The shared spaces are furnished, but the bedroom is not furnished. Electricity & internet are included in the rent. Move-in can happen as soon as possible, and those who can move in the earliest are prioritized.
