Hello! I am renting out my condominium due to studying in another location. The tenant association allows renting for one year at a time with the possibility to extend after each year. The apartment is brand new, built in 2022, and has only had one part-time resident, hence it's in completely new condition. It is located in a new residential area in Högsbohöjd, a quiet area close to nature but also close to the city. The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage space, high ceilings, a large bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer, and a large hall with four big wardrobes. There is also a small sleeping alcove. The rent includes TV, internet, hot water, bicycle storage, access to a brand new laundry room, bookable party venues, patio, roof terrace, and several common areas for entertainment. The bus stop is right outside the house (about 10m), and the nearest Ica is 100m away. I am looking for a tenant who is responsible, has a steady income, is a non-smoker, has no pets, and maintains open communication. A maximum of 2 people can live in the apartment.
