Hi! I’m renting out an unfurnished bedroom of 23 sqm in my apartment at the absolute best address in Malmö. The rent includes access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room, as well as a washer and dryer. There is also a patio facing the courtyard. I live here with two large but friendly cats that I want you to be comfortable with. The apartment is very centrally located – between Malmö Central Station (about a 10-minute walk) and Triangeln (about a 5-minute walk) – with excellent bus connections. Possibility for storage space can be discussed. Note: The wardrobe shown in the picture is one I need to use myself, as there’s no other space for it. The room is separated by curtains, as seen in the photos. When I need access to the wardrobe, we can agree on suitable times in advance. A bit about me: My name is Pontus, I’m 29 years old, and I work as a mechanical engineer. I sometimes work from home, so we’ll probably see each other around quite a bit. I’m a calm, open-minded person who values tidiness and good communication. In my free time, I enjoy going to festivals, fishing, and traveling.
