We rent out our cottage from September 1, 2026, to June 20, 2027. The property is located in Trönningenäs 6km north of Varberg, only 100 m from the sea. It has a fantastic sea view over the southernmost archipelago of the west coast, from Getterön in the south to Balgö in the north. The area offers beautiful walking opportunities in typical Halland nature with meadows, forest, and granite. The plot of about 1500 sqm is a corner plot with mostly lawn. In the southern part of the plot, there is a newly built residential house. The cottage, which is winterized and built in 2007, has a large terrace facing south. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, as well as a living room, i.e., living room with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher. Outside the kitchen, there is a glazed conservatory. The shower room has a toilet, sink, and washing machine with built-in dryer. The living room has a wood stove and heat pump. Electric radiators are available in all rooms. Access to barbecue, three parking spaces, WiFi (fiber), TV, DVD, and CD player. No pets or smoking in the house.
