Our Holiday House is located on Äppleudden about 6 kilometers north of Västervik on the peninsula of Norrlandet along Gamlebyviken with a view over the bay. It is about 100 meters to the water and about 200 meters to a sandy beach suitable for swimming. The accommodation includes approximately 55+20 sqm including a furnished glazed patio. Apart from this, there is also a guest cottage of about 25 sqm. The houses were renovated during the years 2018-2019 with, among other things, new bathrooms. Beautiful mature plot of about 1200 sqm.
