Newly renovated basement with a private entrance. The basement is furnished with a large sofa bed, 4 kitchen chairs with a dining table, TV, chest of drawers, shelf, and clothing rack. The house is located in Arlöv, 5 minutes by train to Malmö Central Station or 7 minutes to Lund Central Station. There are several buses that go to Malmö or Lund. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus station or the train station from our house and to Burlöv Center. No smoking indoors and no pets. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, parking, and internet.
