Room for rent at Mariatorget – Only for well-behaved man. Furnished room in a 2-room apartment for rent to a calm, well-behaved, and non-smoking man (student or employed) with good references and no payment remarks. Internet and normal electricity consumption included (additional charges apply for overuse). The apartment is centrally located at Mariatorget near the subway, shops, and restaurants. I live in the living room and work a lot (both day and night shifts). Since space is limited, it is very important that you are extremely clean and meticulous with order in shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS Order: No dishes left, things are put back in place immediately. Always lock the door after yourself. Hygiene: Good personal hygiene, regular washing, cleaning, and daily airing are absolute requirements. Cooking: Stove and oven cleaned and kitchen aired immediately after use. Environment: Calm living – no parties, loud music, or running in the stairwell. Pets: Cat is allowed (no dog). You cannot be allergic as I sometimes take care of cats. Application: Send a presentation of yourself along with a photo. Applications without a picture and description will not be answered. If everything works well, the rental period will be extended.
