From June we have a vacant room in our charming villa collective. The residence is centrally located, yet sheltered and secluded in Kongsvinger, within walking distance to shops, services, SSB, the university, and only about a three-minute walk to Kongsvinger station. The villa houses a collective of five residents. The rooms are large and have classic details and high ceilings. The vacant room stands out for being extra large and bright, with a fireplace and plenty of space for work, rest, and social areas. The common areas consist of a cozy common living room and a spacious, functional kitchen. There are two newer bathrooms with floor heating, as well as three toilets spread over two floors. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying room, as well as a shared freezer. The house also has a cozy veranda and a large, pleasant garden. Parking can be offered if needed. It is possible to take over furniture by agreement with the current tenant (sofa, wardrobe, and bed). The villa collective has for several years been rented out to young adults in work and studies, including at SSB, internships in the healthcare sector, or at the university. Many have moved to Kongsvinger without a local network and have found the collective to be a safe and social entry into the city. The rental relationships have been stable, and both current and former residents have been very satisfied. References can be provided upon request.
