In the quiet residential area of Nya Bellevue/Mellanheden, you will find our cozy guesthouse. Both the beach and the city center are within cycling distance (10-15 min), a bus stop and bike rental (Malmö By Bike) are nearby, and there is free parking on the street in front of the house. Fair Play Tennis is a few hundred meters away. The house is from the turn of the last century and has been continuously renovated, most recently in the summer of 2020. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and bathroom (with shower and washing machine) as well as two bedrooms, each with a single bed. On the second floor, you will find the living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed and two separate sleeping alcoves. The house has a private garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities, and a small lawn. Bedroom 1: one single bed (90cm) Bedroom 2: one single bed (90cm) Upstairs: Two sleeping alcoves (120+120cm) and a simple sofa bed (120cm) Practical information: The rent includes electricity, water, waste disposal, and internet. There is a charging option for electric cars (cost according to consumption) Rental of sheets and towels can be purchased for 250 SEK/person per week. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning. Free parking adjacent to the cottage. The house is rented on a weekly basis during the summer months. Changeover day is Saturday Electronic door locks make check-in and check-out easier, although we, of course, try to be on site to welcome our guests. Smoke and pet-free As the house is located in a quiet residential area, parties that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. A perfect starting point for a summer vacation in Skåne and/or Denmark. Close to most things despite a quiet and peaceful location.
