The villa is located in the popular area of Väskinde, 10 km north of Visby, 4 km from the coast and Brissund/Själsö. Approximately 1 km to Väskinde primary school/preschool. A smaller one at the front and the larger 5-room apartment at the back towards the garden with 2 private entrances (one via the veranda). The smaller apartment at the front is used by the owners but is only used sporadically during the school year.
