We are renting out the upper floor of our villa in Nåntuna, Uppsala. It is a completely self-contained apartment of approximately 60 sqm with its own private entrance directly from outside — fully renovated in 2025–2026 to a premium standard throughout. Everything is in place. The only requirement is to move in. Apartment details: – 2 rooms and kitchen with proper work surfaces and full kitchen equipment — not a kitchenette – Own bathroom – Large hall with generous storage options – High ceilings – Air/air heat pump for separate control of heating and cooling – Appliances: fridge, freezer, combined washing machine/dryer – Extra sound-insulated ventilation, impact sound-insulated floors, and reinforced door against the stairwell Rent includes everything: Electricity, water, heating, and broadband 1,000 Mbit/s. No additional costs. Furnishing: The apartment is delivered furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished — we adapt according to your wishes. Wardrobes are always included. Other requests: If you have needs beyond what is described here — for example, professional home cleaning or something else — we are open to discussing it. Location: Nåntuna, about 6-7 km from Uppsala center. Bus with about 10-minute frequency, almost around the clock. Grocery store about 350 meters away. Flat bike path all the way to the city center. Walking distance to green areas. Parking: There is no parking on the property, but there is guest parking and public parking very close. About us: We are a young family living on the lower floor. We have invested a lot in soundproofing but want to be transparent that there is life and movement with small children in the house. However, you have a completely private upper floor to which we do not have access. We are looking for a tenant who enjoys this arrangement. Rent: Including electricity, water, heating, and broadband.
