The apartment is 73 sqm with an open floor plan and large balcony. I live here with my 18-year-old son. We are both calm, orderly, like to watch movies and socialize. The bedroom closest to the front door is being rented out due to a high rent to cover alone. Access to everything in the apartment, there is also a laundry room. Close to bus stop and forest... Internet, electricity, water are included in the rent. We have guinea pigs in the living room, so the accommodation is not suitable for someone with allergies. What we value most in a tenant is mutual respect for the home and each other. :) The room is rented out as soon as possible for a short term (2-3 months) but can be extended if everything feels good.
