From there you can reach Täby C in 3 minutes, Stockholm University in 16 minutes, and Stockholm Östra/KTH in 18 minutes. Everything is included in the rent (electricity, water and internet), but home insurance is signed by the tenant. The tenant must be approved by the association before the rental can begin. Move in from 01/09 or move in as agreed upon. You who rent should be smoke and pet free, have permanent employment and be able to provide references. I prefer female tenants.
