Fårabäcksvägen, Malmö

We are looking for a new tenant for our collective in the countryside outside Malmö. The house is near Kvarnby terminal and Södra sallerup and has good bus connections. We who live in the house are 3 adults around 40 years old and a 4-year-old. Rickard enjoys entertaining himself with woodworking, gardening, and music. He works with IT and course activities and has lived in the house since 2013. Partner Josefin is an artist and also works as an educator in museums and schools. In her free time, it’s a lot about gardening and furnishing. Our son Povel is playful and can disappear into his play-worlds but is also very social and seeks out other adults and children and wants to play. Samuel works as a chef, plays in a drum band, and sometimes gets impulses to carry out projects in various subjects such as scything, wooden mechanical gadgets, and much more. The house is large, and the garden is even larger (an old overgrown park). It’s a big advantage if you have some form of interest in tending to and taking care of a garden. If you are studying to become an arborist, it’s perfect as we have many fruit trees that need help. =) The room is located in its own end of the house and is conveniently close to the hall, bathroom, and kitchen. It also has a built-in wardrobe/storage space.
