Renting out a small furnished room in a 4 bedroom flat in central Stockholm. Looking for a responsible tenant who likes to live in a peaceful and clean place in Södermalm. It's not a party/social place but it is really close to bars/restaurants around Södermalm so easy enough to just pop outside and hang out with people. The rent includes all bills (with Wifi) and you have access to the rest of the flat which includes living room (with a TV with chrome cast and so on), kitchen with equipment etc. We have a cleaner about 1-2 per month for the general spaces but otherwise you have to be okay with chipping in to help out for the common areas when you’ve been using the space. As for the furniture in the room, there is a queen bed and a chest of drawers (whatever you see in the picture). There's also a fireplace (although can't use it anymore unfortunately but you can put candles in there). There isn't a whole lot of storage space as the room is on the smaller side. This is something to consider. We can though take your luggage to the attic to clear that out of the way. There’s a deposit of 2,000 which is returned as long as the room is clean and in a nice shape when you move on. Then an added cost of 500 for the last cleaning when you move out.
