Summer cottage 100 meters from the sea. The house is built to a high standard with beautiful material choices. The residence is distributed over two bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a living room including a kitchen, and a loft/living room. Outside the house, there is a large wooden deck. The house is rented out furnished, including Tempur beds. A tenant setup with low wear and tear will be prioritized. The rent is exclusive of utilities. In addition to the rent, there is a cost for electricity and water/garbage.
