Hello!! I want to rent out our house which is in Ånäset. The house is newly painted and wallpapered inside. Newly painted outside. Glazed with a carport. The house suits a family with children. Close to school and daycare, the swimming pool, hockey, and the football field are just a stone's throw away. Best place for children. For those commuting to Umeå or Skellefteå, it's 5 minutes to the bus stop. The heating is a combination wood boiler, which makes it so cheap to live. NOTE! No dishwasher but it can be installed! It is possible to heat with wood. Cold rent is 8500 SEK per month. Water and garbage collection are included. We are renting out because we already own another house.
