Only 6 km to Kalmar city center. 350 meters to the bus stop (convenient without a car) 2 km to the swimming spot – perfect for morning dips or beach days. Quiet and safe villa area close to nature 4 bedrooms on the entrance floor and a basement where one can make a large bedroom. In the basement, there is a laundry room and a 'walk-in closet.' We have opened up to the ridge in the kitchen and living room. The villa is heated with a waterborne system. We are residing in Spain and therefore need an experienced tenant who can solve quite a bit themselves if something should arise.
