On the list of disadvantages, the public transport is somewhat limited and an old plumbing system with limited resources (the hot water does not last for long showers). If you like cultivation, there will be space for it. The landlord also lives in the house, too big to live in alone. Women have priority. Dog and cat are in the home, sometimes sheep in the barn. A meeting room for smaller conference groups (max 10) can be offered.
