The rent per night is 775 SEK/night including sheets, the monthly rent is 2800. Breakfast may be offered by agreement. In shared spaces, there is a shared bathroom with a shower, kitchen, and sofa. On the list of advantages are living on a well-preserved farm, the house built in 1880, with space for activities, very beautiful nature, cultural-historical area, lovely veranda, 17 km to Thn travel center, and hiking trails on Halle and Hunneberg that never end. Free parking and normal wifi included. On the list of disadvantages, public transport is slightly limited, and it has an old plumbing system with limited resources (the hot water does not last for long showers). If you like gardening, there will be space for it. The landlord also lives in the house, far too big to live in alone. Women are preferred. Dogs and cats are in the home, sometimes sheep in the barn. A meeting room for smaller conference groups (max 10) can be offered.
