We are now renting out our nice two-room apartment at Karlsdalsallén 47B as we are moving to another location. The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a lovely view of the golf course from the large, sunny south-facing balcony. The residence is modern with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and a fully tiled bathroom with both a washing machine and a dryer. The area is great if you enjoy being close to nature; you have Markaskogen and Sörbybacken just around the corner for exercise and walks. At the same time, it’s close to everything you need, such as ICA Maxi, the university, and the gym. It only takes a few minutes to cycle into town, and the bus stops right nearby.
