I have moved in with a partner and therefore I'm renting out my house indefinitely, but I'm thinking at least during 2026 and 2027. Upper floor 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room, bathroom, toilet, walk-in closet, and kitchen. Basement: 3 bedrooms with two beds in each, two of which lack windows. Laundry room and drying room with shower. Two small spaces in the basement are used by me as the owner and are locked. At the back of the house, there is a roughly 40 sqm terrace in a sheltered location with sun until noon. There is also a smaller terrace at the front with evening sun. 1 garage space with an engine heater/charger and parking possibility for one car in front of the garage. There is also access to free guest parking. From the house, it is a 20-25 minute walk to central Sundsvall. About a 5-minute walk to a gas station, grocery store, and about 10 minutes to the pharmacy, Sundsvall climbing hall, Mid Sweden University concert hall, and Himlabadet. The rent includes everything except electricity for the engine heater and charger in the garage.
